Flowmeets can automatically join meetings based on your team configuration. To support participant transparency, Flowmeets can also send an email before the meeting that gives attendees the option to opt out.

What this setting does
This setting controls which meetings Flowmeets joins based on your team configuration.
Steps
Go to Team.
Click Settings.
Open Team settings.
In the Bot Settings section, review what meetings Flowmeets should join.
By default, Flowmeets joins external meetings.

Follow these steps to manually import meetings to Flowmeets:
Step 1: Open the meeting importer
In the top bar, click Add meeting.

Step 2: Import the meeting
Search for the email address of any participant to find the meeting you want to import.

Find the meeting you want to delete.

What this feature does
Private meetings limit visibility and sharing for a meeting. This can be configured per meeting or as a default setting for a specific user.
Option 1: Lock a single meeting
From the Dashboard, find the meeting you want to make private.
Click the lock icon for that meeting.
In Meeting Settings, enable Lock meeting.
