Steps

Go to Team.
Click Settings.
Open Team settings.
In the Bot Settings section, review what meetings Flowmeets should join.
By default, Flowmeets joins external meetings.
Enable Allow internal meetings if you also want Flowmeets to join internal meetings.
Update the Bot Name and default bot introduction message if needed.
Click Save.
