What Flowmeets does automatically

- Flowmeets uses the configured bot name and introduction message in supported meeting workflows.
What you must do
- Decide which meeting types your team wants Flowmeets to join before enabling broader coverage.
- Make sure your team understands the impact of enabling internal meetings.
- Review recording usage and privacy expectations when changing this setting.
What you must not assume
- You must not assume that enabling internal meetings is appropriate for every team or use case.
- You must not assume that the default setup matches your organization's internal privacy rules.
What to keep in mind
Enabling internal meetings may increase recording and processing volume. It may also affect privacy expectations for internal conversations, so this setting should be reviewed carefully.
