Billing
This article is for users who are allowed to manage subscription and billing details for their Flowmeets team.
What this page does
The billing page shows your current subscription and gives you access to Stripe for billing management.
Steps in Flowmeets
- Go to Team.
- Click Settings.
- Open Billing.
- Review your current subscription details.
- Click Manage Subscription.

What happens in Stripe
After you click Manage Subscription, Stripe opens the billing portal where you can:
- view and download invoices,
- update your payment method,
- edit billing information,
- update or cancel your subscription.

What you must do
- Make sure you are authorized to change billing details before making updates.
- Review any subscription change carefully before confirming it in Stripe.
What Flowmeets does automatically
- Flowmeets shows your current subscription status on the billing page.
- Flowmeets redirects you to Stripe for billing administration.

- Payment methods
- Invoices
- Billing information
- Subscription updates and cancellations
What you must not assume
- You must not assume that billing changes are completed inside Flowmeets if the action is finished in Stripe.
- You must not assume that every team user can manage subscription settings.
What to keep in mind
Billing administration is split between Flowmeets and Stripe. Flowmeets shows the subscription status, while Stripe handles the actual billing actions.
