What you must do

  • Check that the summary does not include information that should stay internal.
  • Confirm that you are sending the summary to the correct attendee.
  • Make sure sharing the summary is allowed under your internal rules and customer agreements.

What Flowmeets does automatically

  • Flowmeets prepares the attendee summary in the share window.
  • Flowmeets sends the summary to the selected attendee when you confirm the action.

What you must not do

  • You must not share a summary externally if it contains confidential internal notes, sensitive personal data, or information the recipient should not receive.
  • You must not assume that every attendee should receive the same summary by default.

What to keep in mind

Sharing a meeting summary can help external participants stay aligned, but you remain responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate to share.
