Step 2: Understand the company and meeting context
- Review the company information to understand what the prospect does and which services they provide.
- Check the attendee list to see who has accepted, declined, or not responded to the meeting.
- Use this overview to understand the context before the conversation starts.

Step 3: Prepare using previous engagement history
- Review the recap from the previous meeting to understand what was discussed earlier.
- Use the Game Plan to prepare the next conversation and focus on the most important next steps.
- Check previous meetings and action items to see how the relationship has developed over time.
- Pay attention to risk signals, as missing follow-up or unclear next steps can indicate lower engagement.
