Prepare page

Follow these steps to use the Prepare page:

Step 1: Open the Prepare page for your upcoming meeting

  1. Open the Prepare page for the meeting you want to review.
  2. Review the meeting title, attendees, date, time, and duration.

Step 2: Understand the company and meeting context

  1. Review the company information to understand what the prospect does and which services they provide.
  2. Check the attendee list to see who has accepted, declined, or not responded to the meeting.
  3. Use this overview to understand the context before the conversation starts.

Step 3: Prepare using previous engagement history

  1. Review the recap from the previous meeting to understand what was discussed earlier.
  2. Use the Game Plan to prepare the next conversation and focus on the most important next steps.
  3. Check previous meetings and action items to see how the relationship has developed over time.
  4. Pay attention to risk signals, as missing follow-up or unclear next steps can indicate lower engagement.

The Prepare page helps you go into each meeting with better context, a clearer plan, and a stronger understanding of the customer. This makes it easier to prepare relevant questions, follow up on earlier discussions, and run a more informed meeting.
