Customize your Coach

Follow these steps to customize your coach:

Step 1: Open the coach settings

1. Go to Coach Settings.
2. Stay on the Coach Settings tab.

Step 2: Choose how the coach should give feedback

1. Select the coach tone you want to use.
2. Choose what kind of feedback the AI coach should highlight after each meeting.

Step 3: Define success criteria

1. Review the success criteria for each meeting type.
2. Update the criteria to match what a successful meeting looks like for your team.
3. Click Save.
