How to customize your meeting bot

Follow these steps to customize your meeting bot:

Step 1: Open your team profile

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Team.
2. Click Settings.
3. Open Team profile.

Step 2: Customize your meeting bot

1. Enable Custom Bot Image if you want to use custom bot branding.
2. Enter the Bot Name you want to use.
3. Select a Background Color that matches your brand.
4. Upload a Custom Logo if needed.
5. Click Save.

Once your changes have been saved, all upcoming meetings will use the updated bot settings. The new bot image and name will appear automatically going forward.
