Managing Billing & Subscriptions in Flowmeets

Overview

Flowmeets partners with Stripe for simplified and secure billing. This allows you to easily update, manage, or cancel your subscription directly from your Flowmeets account.


Access your team settings:



Accessing Billing Settings

1. Select Billing from the menu.

2. You’ll be redirected to the Flowmeets Subscription Management Page powered by Stripe.


Updating Your Subscription

If you need to change your current plan:

1. On the Update Your Subscription page, you will see available plans such as:

Navigator

Voyager

Admiral (currently selected in the example)

2. Click Select on the desired plan.

3. Review the Subtotal and click Continue to confirm your change.


Viewing & Managing Your Subscription

On the Subscription Overview Page, you can:

✅ See your current subscription and next renewal date.

Update your subscription to switch plans.

Cancel your subscription if you no longer need the service.

✅ View your invoice history with past payments.


Managing Payment Methods

1. Under the Payment Method section, you can:

• View your linked payment method.

Add a new payment method if you need to update your card.

2. Under Billing Information, you can:

• Update your name and email associated with billing.


Canceling Your Subscription

If you decide to cancel your subscription:

1. Click the Cancel Subscription button.

2. Confirm the cancellation in the prompt.

3. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which access will be revoked.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose access immediately if I cancel my subscription?

No, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I switch between plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Any pricing adjustments will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

How do I get an invoice for my payments?

Invoices are available under Billing History in the Subscription Management Page. You can download past invoices as needed.

Who do I contact for billing issues?

For payment issues or disputes, contact our support team trough chat or email.
