# Set up custom summaries

Follow these steps to set up custom summaries:

### Step 1: Open the summary templates

1. Go to **Team**.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Open **Summary templates**.

### Step 2: Choose a meeting type

1. Select the meeting type you want to customize.

### Step 3: Build your summary

1. Review the active sections in the summary.
2. Add or remove sections as needed.
3. Use the preview to see how the summary will look.
4. Click **Save template**.
