# Manually import meetings to Flowmeets

Follow these steps to manually import meetings to Flowmeets:

### Step 1: Open the meeting importer

1. In the top bar, click **Add meeting**.

### Step 2: Import the meeting

1. Search for the email address of any participant to find the meeting you want to import.
2. If you already have an ongoing meeting, click **Show today's meetings** to invite the bot to the active meeting.
3. Click **Add Meeting** to import the meeting into Flowmeets.

Once the meeting has been added, Flowmeets can start its workflows for that meeting.
