# Manage which meetings Flowmeets should join

This article is for team admins who decide which meetings Flowmeets may join and process automatically.

### What this setting does

This setting controls which meetings Flowmeets joins based on your team configuration.

### Steps

1. Go to **Team**.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Open **Team settings**.
4. In the **Bot Settings** section, review what meetings Flowmeets should join.
5. By default, Flowmeets joins external meetings.
6. Enable **Allow internal meetings** if you also want Flowmeets to join internal meetings.
7. Update the **Bot Name** and default bot introduction message if needed.
8. Click **Save**.
