# How to customize your meeting bot

Follow these steps to customize your meeting bot:

### Step 1: Open your team profile

1. In the left-hand menu, go to **Team**.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Open **Team profile**.

### Step 2: Customize your meeting bot

1. Enable **Custom Bot Image** if you want to use custom bot branding.
2. Enter the **Bot Name** you want to use.
3. Select a **Background Color** that matches your brand.
4. Upload a **Custom Logo** if needed.
5. Click **Save**.

Once your changes have been saved, all upcoming meetings will use the updated bot settings. The new bot image and name will appear automatically going forward.
