# Customize your Coach

Follow these steps to customize your coach:

### Step 1: Open the coach settings

1. Go to **Coach Settings**.
2. Stay on the **Coach Settings** tab.

### Step 2: Choose how the coach should give feedback

1. Select the coach tone you want to use.
2. Choose what kind of feedback the AI coach should highlight after each meeting.

### Step 3: Define success criteria

1. Review the success criteria for each meeting type.
2. Update the criteria to match what a successful meeting looks like for your team.
3. Click **Save**.
