# Customize meeting types

Follow these steps to customize meeting types:

### Step 1: Open the meeting types settings

1. Go to **Coach Settings**.
2. Open the **Meeting Types** tab.

### Step 2: Create a custom meeting type

1. Enter a **Meeting type name**.
2. Select which default meeting type it is most similar to.
3. Save the new meeting type.

### Step 3: Manage active meeting types

1. Review which meeting types are currently active.
2. Turn meeting types on or off as needed.

A clear meeting type setup helps Flowmeets analyze meetings more accurately.
